About Us
The Law Office of Randy Raynaldo, S.H., M.H. & Partners was officially established in December 2020 by two founders, Randy Raynaldo, S.H., M.H. and Maruli Tua Sianturi, S.H. The firm was born from a genuine commitment to upholding the values of justice and a sincere desire to support, accommodate, and provide legal services with integrity to anyone in need. These values of struggle remain the core expression of the principles its founders have lived by to this day.

Lawyer licensed from the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI), actively practicing law since 2014. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Founder of Randy Raynaldo, S.H., M.H. & Partners.
A graduate of Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR) with a Bachelor of Laws and Pasundan University (UNPAS) Bandung with a Master of Laws (M.H.), graduating cum laude as the top graduate. Previously served as a Partner and Associate at Devara & Partners Law Firm.
Specializing in both litigation and non-litigation corporate matters, with extensive expertise spanning Criminal, Civil, Administrative (PTUN), Religious Court proceedings, Employment Law, and Corporate bankruptcy. Actively involved in organizations as Vice Chairman of the Young Lawyers Committee PERADI Bandung, Vice Chairman for Membership of DPC IKADIN Bandung, Vice Chairman of Yayasan Tim Hukum Jabar Istimewa, and Secretary of Bikers Advocate Bandung Raya.

Lawyer licensed from the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI), with professional experience at the Legal Aid Bureau of Padjadjaran since 2010. A graduate of Padjadjaran University (UNPAD) with a Bachelor of Laws and Pasundan University (UNPAS) with a Master of Laws (M.H.), graduating cum laude.
Specializes in Corporate Law, including company establishment, legal due diligence, compliance, taxation, export-import, and employment matters. Also has extensive expertise in Immigration Law, covering stay permits, travel documents, migrant workers, and foreign investment, as well as Criminal Law and criminal justice proceedings.
Has served as in-house counsel for more than 20 national and foreign investment companies. Formerly worked as a Risk Officer at the Ministry of Law, Human Rights, Immigration, and Corrections of the Republic of Indonesia, specializing in Risk Management. Holds certification as an Immigration Analyst Expert from the Directorate General of Immigration. Currently serves as Deputy Secretary of the Young Lawyers Committee Bandung (2022–2027) and Deputy Secretary of Yayasan Tim Hukum Jabar Istimewa (2023–Present).

Adv. Abung Mulya NugrahaS.H.
Lawyer licensed from the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI), with extensive experience in litigation and legal dispute resolution since 2014.
His expertise covers Procedural Law (criminal, civil, and state administrative/PTUN), Banking Law, Corporate Finance, and Public Sector Governance. Experienced in handling legal compliance matters and high-stakes disputes for banking institutions and government agencies, and skilled in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and out-of-court settlements (non-litigation).
Active in organizations, currently serving as Secretary of one of Indonesia’s largest national civil society organizations (Ormas). Previously served as Vice Chairman of the Vintage Motorcycle Club Association (2021–2023) and Executive Officer of IKADIN (Indonesian Advocates Association) (2022–2026).
